Digitization of schengen visa
A new plan to digitize the visa application procedure has been adopted by the ambassadors of the member states of the European Union. To speed up the procedure and decrease processing times for visas among the 27 European countries that make up the Schengen area, the current "Schengen" sticker will be replaced by a digital barcode in this change.
